About Brennon Eldred

Meet Brennon Eldred, a Sulfur, Oklahoma cowboy and Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association (PRCA) bull rider whose journey to success is as inspiring as the wild rides he’s had riding bulls.

Brennon's love for rodeo was born from the stories his father, Todd, shared about his own rodeo days. As a young boy, he would tag with his dad and uncle to local rodeos, watching in awe as the cowboys fearlessly took on bucking horses and powerful bulls. It was in those moments that a dream ignited within Brennon – a dream to become a rodeo competitor himself.

Brennon's passion for the sport was unstoppable, and he dedicated himself to honing his skills. He attended Hill College in Hillsboro, Texas, where he continued his education while fine-tuning his bull riding techniques. His hard work and determination paid off when he earned his first qualification for the Wrangler National Finals Rodeo (NFR) in 2014, just a year after breaking into the professional rodeo circuit.

As the years passed, Brennon continued to become a household name in the rodeo circuit, racking up impressive accomplishments. In 2016, he had a standout performance at the Wrangler NFR, winning multiple rounds and finishing second in the world standings. It was a defining moment in his career, solidifying his position as one of rodeo's toughest competitors.

But like any great journey, Brennon's path was not without challenges. In 2020, he faced setbacks due to injury and took a break from competition, reminding everyone of the dangers inherent in the sport he loved so dearly. Yet, true to his resilient spirit, he bounced back stronger and more determined than ever.

In 2023, Brennon Eldred made his mark once again, leaving a trail of victories in his wake. He claimed the top spot at the Durant Pro Rodeo, showcasing his prowess in bull riding and leaving the audience in awe.

Outside the arena, Brennon remains grounded and grateful for the support of his family. His mother, Shelly, and his father, Todd, have been pillars of encouragement throughout his journey. Brennon's three brothers, Connor, Cooper, and Destry, and his sister, Bailee, are his biggest fans, cheering him on at every rodeo.

When he's not riding bulls, Brennon enjoys team roping, deer hunting, and bass fishing – activities that keep him close to the outdoor lifestyle he cherishes. In moments of relaxation, he listens to hip-hop music and unwinds while watching "Criminal Minds" or his favorite movie, "Lonesome Dove."
